Join me for a week in beautiful Bali filled with movement, adventure, good food, and great company.

We'll spend seven days at the stunning Komune Resort, moving our bodies daily with Mat and Reformer Pilates, exploring Bali through a cooking class and optional adventures, and making the most of everything the resort has to offer. Think morning movement, long lunches, beach walks, recovery sessions, sunset cocktails, and plenty of time to relax by the pool.

This retreat isn't about doing more or being perfect. It's an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, move your body in a way that feels good, connect with like-minded people, and return home feeling stronger, refreshed, and inspired.

Pilates on the Retreat

Our Pilates sessions are designed to complement the retreat experience – helping you move well, feel strong, and connect with your body in a supportive and fun environment.

Each morning we'll start the day with Mat Pilates. Throughout the week we'll explore a variety of sessions including flow, strength, mobility, balance, core and hip-focused classes, and even the original Joseph Pilates mat sequence. These classes are designed to challenge you in different ways, helping you build strength, improve body awareness, and discover what your body is capable of. We'll also take time to slow down, breathe, and enjoy being present before heading off on the day's adventures.

In the afternoons we'll move onto the Reformers. Expect a mix of flowing movement, strength work, mobility and balance-focused sessions, stretching, and some creative classes designed to help you move in new ways. One of the highlights of the week is our Reformer Play Time session - an opportunity to explore shapes, movements and exercises you've always been curious about in a supportive environment. Whether you're working towards a specific goal or simply want to enjoy moving your body, these sessions are designed to meet you where you're at.

No matter your experience level, the goal isn't to be perfect. It's to move, learn, explore, and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body than when you arrived.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future Wildflower Retreat (once only).

  • Cancel before Feb 1, 2027: Full refund minus a $250 admin fee.

  • Cancel between Feb 1 – April 30, 2026: 50% refund.

  • Cancel after May 1, 2026: No refund, but your spot is fully transferable.
