  • Our semi-private sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 participants, giving you the best of both worlds — individualised programs with the motivation of training in a small group. Each person follows their own tailored plan, designed to help you reach your specific goals, while benefiting from the supportive group energy.

    We use a range of Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder, and Mat, ensuring every session is varied, effective, and suited to your needs. With just four people in the room, your instructor can keep a close eye on your technique, offering plenty of personalised guidance to help you progress safely and effectively.
