Reformer Pilates is an ideal full body workout for anybody. It’s low impact movements and customisable springs make it the perfect place to start your exercise journey or to complement and energise your existing training routine.

The reformer accommodates full-range motion, stability challenges and resistance against the springs to increase flexibility, balance and strength of your entire body. 

Through all reformer sessions, I will be there for you, to give the right amount of challenge, encouragement, motivation and support along your journey.

  • Semi-private sessions have a maximum of 3 participants, working both together and on their individualised programs under the eye of Mimi. Here you get to work super specifically on the reformer and Wunda Chair to fine tune the little details and progress as time goes on - always working towards your goals.

    With only 3 in the class, Mimi can keep an eye on your technique, ensuring you get the most out of your session and complete your exercises correctly.

    Please make sure you complete an initial assessment before you book these classes.

  • These are a group reformer flow style class where everyone will be doing the same routine, focusing on endurance, lengthening and strengthening all the muscles in your body.

    These classes will be 50 minutes, each session will be a progression for you to see actual results in your strength and endurance.

    Fun, social, challenging yet achievable, these classes are for you if you want to get a full body workout Pilates style.

    No Initial Session Required

  • These sessions will be 1:1 with Mimi, with the focus completely on you and your specific needs and goals.

    Private sessions are particularly beneficial for those with neurological conditions, recovering from surgery or an injury, pre or post natal, or would just prefer personal instruction and attention.
