Wildflower Pilates Retreat

Wildflower Pilates is excited to announce an exclusive 3-day wellness retreat where you can reconnect with your mind, body, and nature in the stunning Victorian High Country. Immerse yourself in the Wildflower way and indulge in a fully catered retreat, where you'll dine on delicious locally sourced food and the best wines the region has to offer.

Daily Pilates classes will be tailored to every experience level and will be taught by Pilates instructor and your host Mimi Bennett. Enjoy a guided hike on day one, which will take you to the top of Mt Buffalo, where you'll explore some of our favourite rocky landscapes and waterfalls.

The retreat will be held at the stunning River Run, a beautiful homestay in Bright Victoria that offers spectacular views of the valley along with cosy nooks for reading and an in-ground pool for those who like to swim.

Pilates Classes

Each day you will do a unique Pilates class followed by a moment of mindfulness to reset or reflex on the day, each class will suit and prepare you for the activities ahead

  • Energising Morning Flow

This class is designed to get the blood flowing and wake-up your body, which will get you ready for the Mt Buffalo hiking and exploring adventure

  • Stretch and release

This class will relieve your muscles and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, perfect for post hike!

  • Creative Fun Balance

In this class we will explore new shapes with your body. We will also work on fun balances to challenge both your strength and your mind.

  • Joseph Pilates Original Repior Classic Pilates Flow

Find out where it all came from with Joseph Pilates original mathwork sequence a challenging, unique yet fun set of exercises that will have you exploring shapes you didn’t think possible

Accomodation

 

We are delighted to host this retreat at the beautiful River Run accomodation in Bright Victoria. This accommodation has been carefully selected to provide you with a truly memorable escape that combines the tranquility of the Ovens River with the luxury of your surroundings.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a beautifully appointed interior, designed to inspire and engage your senses. From the carefully selected furniture pieces to the stunning artwork and vintage decor, every detail has been meticulously chosen to create a sense of calm and relaxation.

This designer retreat features a contemporary gourmet kitchen, multiple sitting and dining areas, and five individually furnished bedrooms with private bathrooms. The converted garage space provides the ultimate multipurpose fitness and chill-out space equipped with commercial quality fitness equipment. Enjoy the extensive garden and direct access to Ovens River, a perfect place to relax and soak in the serenity.

You are sure to be in for an unforgettable experience at this mini-resort where you can unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself.

Mt Buffalo

 

Get closer to nature at this spectacular 'island in the sky', home to plants found nowhere else on Earth. Sheer cliffs, granite tors, waterfalls and big views make Mount Buffalo a must-see alpine retreat.

We will drive to the top of Mt Buffalo and walk to the horn, from there we will do an extended hike around the all the beautiful spots around Mt Buffalo.

We will have a picnic lunch and then make our way back down to swim in Rolassons falls.

All up we will walk around 15km for the day, do as much or as little of the hikes as you please.

We will see the best of the spectular Mt Buffalo.
