  • Hi I’m Mimi – I began working in the snow industry in 2012 following the winter seasons working as a ski and snowboard instructor. My love for the snow has taken me around the world and I have travelled and taught in Japan, Canada, America, New Zealand, Europe and of course here in Australia. I am now enjoying summers down in the beautiful Kiewa Valley and winters in Falls Creek.

    2020 of course halted overseas travel for the foreseeable future and shut down the Australian snow season. Devastation at the shutdown quickly turned to excitement, as I saw an opportunity to jump into the world of Pilates instructing and completed my Cert IV in Pilates Matwork and Reformer with Breathe Education. Since then I have been loving every second of teaching online, across the Valley and up at Falls Creek.

    I have now completed my Diploma in Clinical Pilates which has empowered me with the knowledge and confidence to be the best Pilates instructor I can be.

    With a deep understanding of anatomy and movement, I focus on creating a balance between exploration and precision, ensuring every session is both effective and safe. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to improve your fitness, I’m here to guide and support you.

    To me, Pilates isn’t just about what you do on the mat or reformer—it’s about how it supports you in all the things you love, whether that’s hiking mountains, playing with your kids or grandkids, or staying independent and active for years to come.

    Strength and mobility are the tools for a life full of movement and freedom, and Pilates is a powerful way to cultivate both. Under Mimi’s guidance, her own practice transformed—building strength, confidence, and resilience. Now, she’s excited to share that same experience with others, helping more people discover the benefits of Pilates.
