Get ready to tackle the slopes this winter

 

Get ready for the upcoming winter season with Snow Fit, a 4-week Pilates program designed to make you strong, fit, and agile.

Snow Fit is tailored to help you:
- Build strength in your legs
- Improve your cardio fitness
- Increase flexibility
- Enhance balance and control throughout your entire body

Whether you're hitting the slopes on-piste, exploring off-piste trails, shredding in the park, or trekking in the backcountry, Snow Fit will prepare you for any terrain. You'll feel strong and confident from your first run of the season to your last, ready to tackle whatever challenges come your way.

All classes will be held over Zoom and recorded, so you can participate at your own pace.

Weekly Schedule

  • Pilates Flow

    A 45-minute class with a focus on mobility, control, balance and flexibility which are all key aspects of snow sports!

    Live Zoom Class- Monday’s 7am

  • Power Pilates (Strength)

    A 30-minute strength based pilates session, with a focus on legs, glutes, shoulders and core to enable you to ski all day every day and aid in injury prevention.

    Live Zoom Class- Tuesday’s 7am

  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) 

    A 30-minute high intensity workout to add in a little cardio, power and agility. To help you stay on the slopes all day, climbing up mountains in the back country or hiking the park from first lift to last.

    Live Zoom Class- Thursday’s 7am

Who is this program for?

Anyone and everyone!
Snow enthusiasts to novices this program will get you feeling strong and confident to tackle the slopes.

The snow-fit program combines the classic pilates class with a strength and cardio element trickled into them, the classes are fun and challenging whilst offering modifications for all ability’s. There is absolutely no pressure, you can go at your own pace and enjoy all the benefits of exercise.

How much is the program?

$140 + GST

Whats included?

Each week for 4 weeks you will get a Live Zoom Class of:

1 x Power Pilates Class
1 x Pilates Flow Class
1 x Pilates HIIT Class

Access to all class recordings

Weekly check in via email to keep you accountable

Do I need to have done pilates before?

You don’t need any previous pilates experience, I will give modifications where needed and you can go at your own pace with the classes.

What equipment will I need?

You will just need your Pilates mat and some little dumbbells, tin cans or water bottles

Can’t make the Zoom times?

No need to worry if you can’t join me live, all classes will be recoded and you will have access to all the recodings.
